Bank Online with BankDirect

Enjoy the convenience of Internet banking from BankDirect. Anytime. Anywhere.

Our bank is easy to use, with an intuitive interface. All you need is a personal computer and Internet access to begin banking with ease.


Online Banking

Use the Online Banking section of the web site to access accounts or pay bills. Simply select Online Banking in the Login box, enter in your Access ID and Password, and start banking immediately.

Here are some of the capabilities you'll have right at your fingertips:

  • Pay your bills with BankDirect's free Bill Pay Service
  • Make account inquiries
  • Obtain a 90-day checking history
  • Verify transaction history for the past three months
  • Obtain account detail including certificate maturity dates and dividends earned
  • Transfer funds between accounts

In addition, you can use our electronic bank to schedule reminder messages and Web Connect your information to a financial package such as Quicken®.

Manage Your Account

Use the Manage Your Account section of the web site to perform administrative functions at the bank such as re-ordering checks or requesting a copy of a statement. Simply select Manage Your Account in the Login box, then enter your Access ID and Password to access this feature.

The following is a partial list of functions currently available through the Manage Your Account section. As options are frequently altered and added, please see the web site for the most current functionality.

  • Send/receive secure emails
  • Apply for an ATM or Visa® CheckCard
  • Re-order checks
  • Re-order deposit slips
  • Request bank by mail envelopes
  • Request a wire transfer
  • Update your account information

Fees & Security

Fees

There are no monthly maintenance fees to bank online for active accounts. You can pay an unlimited amount of bills free of charge every month. However, a $5.00 per month inactivity fee may be assessed for checking accounts that show no activity (no credits or debits - posting of interest is not considered an activity) for 90 days.

Security

Our banking service is safe. Because account security is important to us, we have built safety measures into BankDirect which reflect the importance of this issue. You'll be allowed to create your Access ID and your own password, with a minimum of eight digits, alpha numeric, case sensitive and all information sent and received is encrypted.

Online Security Enhancements

From time to time, we make enhancements to our systems to make sure your account information is always protected. Here are examples of recent improvements:

Online Banking System

  • Account Number Masking. You will now only notice the last four digits of your account number.
  • Nicknaming: You may now nickname your account online. (Select Account Options)

Bill Payment System

Additional Challenge Phrases: We added new challenge phrases to identify you when you perform certain transactions in the Bill Payment system. From time-to-time you will be prompted to review/update your security questions as we add new questions to help to protect your identity.

Manage Your Account

Additional Challenge Phrases: We added new challenge phrases to identify you when you perform certain transactions when you contact the Client Support Center. From time-to-time you will be prompted to review/update your security questions as we add new questions to help to protect your identity.

BankDirect's Online Banking and Bill Pay services save you time...and that means saving money!

To Bank Online with BankDirect you need to have a checking account with us. To open a checking account, visit Open An Account and fill out an application.

If you already have a checking account at BankDirect, just log in to Online Banking and select Bill Pay to enroll.
